Natalie Goulter is a Ph.D candidate at the University of New South Wales, Australia, under the supervision of Associate Professor Eva Kimonis. Natalie’s research focuses on developmental trajectories to psychopathy among female populations. She is interested in examining and understanding a trauma-based pathway to psychopathy, in particular, the comorbid presentation of this population (e.g., borderline features) and the physical health outcomes linked to exposure to social and environmental adversity. Natalie also employs psychophysiological and neuroendocrine indices to understand the mechanisms underlying types of aggression (i.e., proactive, reactive) and the emotional profiles differentiating primary and secondary variants of psychopathy. She is a current recipient of the Australian Postgraduate Award.
