Rinjani Soengkoeng

Psychologist / Clinical Psychology Registrar

Rinjani is a Psychologist and Clinical Psychology Registrar who works with children, families, and adults. She draws from CBT, ACT, DBT, and PCIT to target disruptive behaviour, low mood, anxiety, and the effects of early adverse experiences. Rinjani takes an individualised, neuro-affirming approach to treatment that balances trust with evidence-backed care.

Rinjani obtained her Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) with First Class from the University of Sydney in 2020, and completed a Master of Psychology (Clinical) at UNSW in 2025. As part of her clinical training, she honed her PCIT skills at the Parent-Child Research Clinic and at the Ingleburn Public School PCIT Clinic. She has also worked with adults through NSW Health.

Rinjani is a PhD candidate at UNSW. Her research investigates the effects of prenatal opioid exposure on the developing brain’s immune system.
