Keegan McMullen
Psychologist / Clinical Psychology Registrar
Keegan McMullen is a Clinical Psychology Registrar who completed a Master of Clinical Psychology at Macquarie University. His clinical interests include understanding and supporting the emotional, behavioural, and interpersonal factors that contribute to child and adolescent difficulties, with a particular focus on anxiety, emotion regulation, behavioural challenges, and family functioning.
Keegan has extensive experience working with children, adolescents, and their families across a range of clinical presentations. He has a particular interest in supporting children experiencing behavioural difficulties, emotional dysregulation, anxiety, and social challenges. His work focuses on helping children develop adaptive coping skills while supporting parents to build confidence in managing difficult behaviours and strengthening parent-child relationships.
Along with training in PCIT, Keegan has a range of clinical experience working in a range of evidence-based parenting interventions and works collaboratively with families to promote positive behavioural change within the home environment. He also has experience supporting children and adolescents presenting with anxiety and mood-related concerns through developmentally appropriate, evidence-based interventions.
Keegan currently works with families in the PCIT program at the Parent Child Research Clinic at UNSW.
